• Player Information: Child's full name, age group category, position preference, and medical/emergency notes.
• Academy Operations Data: Session attendance logs, skill evaluation ratings, feedback reports, squad call-up selections, and monthly fee payment verification records.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for legitimate academy operations, including:

• Authenticating user access and managing parent/coach profiles.
• Organizing age-group classes, match rosters, and training schedules.
• Tracking player progress and generating coach performance reviews.
• Processing and verifying monthly academy fee payments.
• Sending official updates, match call-ups, and session reminders via WhatsApp or Email.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with secure service providers necessary to operate the application:

• Supabase: Provides secure database storage and authentication management.
• Google OAuth: Allows secure single sign-in for users.
• Google Gemini AI: Processes anonymized evaluation scores to assist coaches in generating constructive player feedback reports.

We implement industry-standard encryption, Row Level Security (RLS) policies, and SSL/TLS HTTPS protocols to ensure your information is safeguarded against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
