JK Football Academy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in, or accessing the JK Football Academy Portal (app.jkfa.my), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all parents, guardians, players, and coaching staff using the application.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate, complete, and updated information when registering your parent and player profiles.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (including Google OAuth accounts).
• Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring player medical disclosures and emergency contact details remain accurate.

3. Code of Conduct & Sportsmanship

All academy members, parents, and coaches are expected to uphold the core values of JK Football Academy ("From Zero to Hero"):

• Maintain respect toward coaches, referees, tournament officials, opposing teams, and fellow academy members.
• Ensure players arrive on time for scheduled training sessions and match call-ups in proper academy kit.
• Zero tolerance for abusive language, discrimination, or unsportsmanlike behavior on or off the pitch.

4. Academy Fees & Payment Terms

• Monthly training fees are due as stipulated by academy administration.
• Payment receipts submitted via the portal are subject to administrative verification before status is updated to Paid.
• Fees cover academy training sessions, pitch rentals, equipment, and match organizing costs as determined by management.

5. Intellectual Property

All contents of the JK Football Academy Portal, including logos, designs, software, and evaluation systems, are the intellectual property of JK Football Academy and IAMK Digital. Unlawful distribution or duplication is prohibited.

6. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate portal access for any user who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent payment submissions, or violates the academy Code of Conduct.
